About me

I have a PhD in Genetic Resources, Biodiversity, and Bioprospecting. With experience in plant sciences research, I have worked on projects related to conservation and molecular biology of tropical species. My diverse background includes work experience in both Brazil and Germany. I am currently a Research Scientist at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, Genetic Resources and Biotechnology division (EMBRAPA/CENARGEN). 

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, traveling, and visiting Botanical Gardens.
