About me

I hold a PhD in Genetic Resources, Biodiversity, and Bioprospecting and have more than 10 years of experience in plant sciences research, with a focus on the conservation and molecular biology of tropical species. My professional background includes research experience in both Brazil and Germany, contributing to multidisciplinary projects. Currently, I work as a Research Scientist at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, in the Genetic Resources and Biotechnology division (EMBRAPA/CENARGEN).

Outside of work, I enjoy photographing nature, traveling, and visiting Botanical Gardens.
